Declaration of death now fully digital in Moerbeke!
Moerbeke-Waas starts with Clarus!
As of today, the municipality of Moerbeke starts using Clarus. This means that as of today, undertakers from the region can submit death certificates directly to the municipality, via Clarus!
Registration of death, from now on completely digital!
Numerous functionalities are brought together in one platform regarding the declaration of death. This saves the funeral director several trips and phones. From now on, he/she can fill in all the details of the deceased in one application, send it directly to the Moerbeke municipality and receive the response in Clarus itself.
Also for the cities and municipalities this means an enormous simplification of the functioning of the civil affairs & population service. After all, there is an automatic link with the known systems, as a result of which all declarations of death can be processed faster and can therefore be returned to the undertaker sooner.
All requests and received documents are conveniently stored in one dashboard, so it is clear to both the municipality and the undertaker what the status of each declaration is. Efficiency gains for both parties.
